Delivery times:

 

  •  we process and dispatch the order within 1-2 days; 
  • the goods are sent throughout Ukraine by the Nova Poshta delivery service and arrive at the branch closest to the client;
  • The package is delivered within 1-3 days after sending. You can pay and pick up your order within five days from the moment it arrives at the Novaya Poshta branch. “Easy Return” is a simple service from Nova Poshta that allows you to quickly return an item you have already received to the seller if it is not suitable for you for certain reasons. Payment methods:

  •  Payment online (Visa, MasterCard) on the website;
  • Cash or bank card upon receipt.
  • Payment by IBAN.
  •  Payment to the bank account of the individual entrepreneur (we send the account number (IBAN) via SMS message);

Description: Prepayment is made in national currency. The money transfer for the selected product is made to the current account (IBAN) of PrivatBank. We send the account number and other necessary details via Viber or Telegram or WhatApp messages. After payment, the required goods will be sent by the Nova Poshta carrier according to the details specified by the customer. The recipient pays for delivery of the goods in his city at the representative office (branch) of Novaya Poshta.


Cash on delivery (payment at Novaya Poshta upon receipt of goods). Cash on delivery means payment for goods and delivery upon receipt at Nova Poshta (taking into account the prepayment insurance amount). The ordered goods will be sent according to the details left by the recipient. Payment for the goods and delivery is made by the recipient upon receipt in his city at the Nova Poshta representative office. Cash on delivery is made in national currency at the rate determined at the time of order.

After placing your order, our manager will contact you and arrange a visit to our representative office. Payment is made in national currency at the rate determined at the time of order.

Bank payment: Only for private enterprises (individual entrepreneur, LLC, etc.)! After placing your order, our manager will contact you and send an “invoice” to the e-mail you specified. Further ordering will be done with a representative of the website rml.com.ua over the phone.
